Whenever I think of Vasajit, the following words pop up in my head. A very good management consultant, analytical and logical, positive attitude, and a likeable personality. Vasajit led consulting engagements in my team while I was Head of the Strategy Consulting Practice at Boston Analytics. He demonstrated strong research, business analysis, and problem-solving skills. He also built excellent working relationships across the board with senior client stakeholders, senior management team of Boston Analytics, and with his own team members. Vasajit has a very positive attitude, and was always willing to think creatively to solve problems that came his way. He always came to me with solutions, or to brainstorm and develop his ideas further. He had traveled to, and worked in multiple countries with people of diverse cultures. Thus, I felt confident that he was capable of adapting to new environments in complex settings, and I had entrusted him with greater responsibilities, all of which he delivered well. Specifically, I remember a case while he worked on a challenging assignment for North American and European markets. He took complete ownership of the task, worked with a positive frame of mind and successfully executed the project to exceed client's expectation, for which he was given the Best Engagement Management Award. I am sure Vasajit will be a great asset to any team and any role he takes up, my best wishes for him.

Vasajit led the development of a comprehensive strategic analysis for our client, a $3B global Engineering and Construction firm. The study was a market analysis to identify attractive markets for client expansion Globally, in NA and EMEA for services related to the Oil & Gas, Mining and Chemical industries. This analysis was one of the primary information sources used in the client’s decision making process. Vasajit did a great job of gathering and analyzing the various data sources while managing the client’s expectations throughout the process.
